South Asian International System:Formation and China's Options

南亚国际体系的形成深受地缘政治争夺的影响,在依赖外部势力和达成内部均衡的两端不断产生不稳定的条件,其中最重要的是印度的地位和作用。因此要创造一个有利于稳定与和平的南亚国际格局,有必要重新定义印度的地位,并从南亚各国争取战略自主的角度理解新的体系形成的必要与可能,及对中国相关战略的意义。

The formation of South Asian international influenced by geopolitical struggles, and the region often system has been deeply sits in between dependence on outside forces and pursuit to internal equilibrium, which leads to instable conditions constantly. In this context, India plays a most important role. In order to create a new South Asia system favorable to stability and peace, it may be necessary to redefine the position of India in the region, understand the necessity and probability of such a new system via strategic autonomy for all the South Asian na- tions, and further explore its implication for China＇ s relevant strategy.
