摘要
读者调查是评价图书馆服务质量的重要途径。对图书馆读者调查的对象、内容等进行了分析,着重论述了图书馆读者阅读状况的网络调查方法。以网络调查引擎方法为例,分析了网络调查的操作步骤,初步实现了读者问卷的网络调查。
Reader survey is an important method to value service quality for library. In the paper, the means, object and content of reader survey are introduced and network survey ways for library reader are emphasized particularly. Based on the method of survey engine, operation processes of network survey are analyzed and reader questionnaire survey is preliminarily realized.
