从陕西省图书馆读者分析、文献利用、信息服务和设施利用出发,来说明过程评估与成效评估的关系。过程评估关注投入与产出是评估的基础;成效评估关注服务质量与效果,是评估的最终目的。过程评估对成效评估具有积极的促进作用。

Based on the reader analysis, information service, and document and equipment utilization of Shaanxi Library, this paper tries to illustrate the relationship between the process assessment and the outcome assessment. The process assessment focuses on the library＇ s input and output while the outcome assessment the service quality and the service effect. It is found that the process assessment is the basis of assessment and the outcome assessment is the objective of assessment. Besides, the process assessment promotes the outcome assessment.
