基于信息博弈的图书馆业务外包风险研究与对策

Risk Study on Library Outsourcing Based on Information Game and Its Countermeasure

图书馆业务外包中存在信息博弈,主要表现在:图书馆与外包商的信息博弈、图书馆与读者的信息博弈以及业务外包后图书馆内部的信息博弈。在分析图书馆外包信息博弈的基础上,探讨信息博弈给图书馆带来的风险,最后提出控制这些风险的相关措施。

This paper considers that there is information game in the process of library outsourcing; presents information game between library and contractors, library and readers and information game among libraries after outsourcing. On the basis of analyzing information game, the paper discusses risks which are brought by information game. Finally, the paper has put for- ward relevant countermeasures to control these risks.
