馆藏稀有资源是图书馆的宝贵资源,流失后很难重新收集。对这些资源进行数字化保护是必须解决的问题。数字图书馆就具有对这些馆藏稀有资源进行数字保护的可能性。数字化稀有资源虽然具有数字化资源的所有优势,同时也具有数字化资源容易复制盗版等一系列劣势。规范数字化资源的收藏,在收藏的级别范围内杜绝复制盗版的可能性。

A collection of scarce resources is the library＇s valuable resources, was lost it was difficult to collect. Digitization of these resources is a commitment to protect the problem to be resolved. Digital library has the possibility to digitalize these col- lection resources. Although the digitalized scarce resources have all the advantages in digitalized resources, yet it also had the disadvantage of easy duplication and piracy of these resources. It is essential to standardize digital resources collection so as to stop the possibility of duplication and piracy of digitalized resources at the level of collection scope.
