摘要
分析高校图书馆图书招标的意义及出现的问题,同时结合工作实践提出保证图书招标质量的几点建议。
This paper analyzes the significance and problems of the book tender in university library, and combined with the author＇ s work, it offers some suggestions to guarantee the quality of the book tender.
