糖尿病性视网膜病变血浆内皮素水平的研究

The study of plasma endothelin level in diabetic retinopathy

目的探讨血浆内皮素（ＥＴ）含量变化在糖尿病性视网膜病变中的作用及意义。方法应用放射免疫分析方法检测了４４例糖尿病患者及２０例正常对照者血浆内皮素水平。结果糖尿病性视网膜病变组内皮素含量显著高于正常对照组。结论提示内皮素可能参与了糖尿病性视网膜病变的病理过程。

ObjectiveTo explore the changes and significance of plasma endothelin(ET) in diabetic retinopathy(DR).MethodsPlasma endothelin level was measured in 44 diabetes mellitus patients and 20 controls.ResultsThe plasma endothelin level of patients with diabetic retinopathy is higher than that in controls.ConclusionThe results suggest that endothelin might be involved in the pathologenesis of DR.
