摘要
目的观察自制的前房恒压灌注装置对猴眼前房角结构的影响。方法利用自制的前房恒压灌注装置,在生理眼压下,原位灌注固定眼前房角组织,对房角组织行光镜、电镜观察。结果光镜和电镜下可见到完整的猴眼小梁网Schlemm’s管系统的结构。结论采用这种简单的前房恒压灌注方法,能获得生理眼压下的房角构形。
ObjectiveTo observe the effect of our anterior chamber perfusion device on morphology of monkey anterior chamber angle tissue.MethodsUnder conditions mimicking physiological IOP,monkey anterior chamber angle tissue was fixed in situ by this device.The tissue was observed by light microscopy(LM),and scanning and transmission electron microscopy(SEM and TEM).ResultsUnder LM,SEM and TEM,monkey trabecular meshwork/Schlemm’s canal system showed morphological features of physiological IOP conditions.ConclusionStructure of anterior chamber angle tissue consistent with physiological conditions can be achieved by our simple device.
