猴眼前房角组织恒压下的原位灌注固定 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察自制的前房恒压灌注装置对猴眼前房角结构的影响。方法利用自制的前房恒压灌注装置,在生理眼压下,原位灌注固定眼前房角组织,对房角组织行光镜、电镜观察。结果光镜和电镜下可见到完整的猴眼小梁网Schlemm’s管系统的结构。结论采用这种简单的前房恒压灌注方法,能获得生理眼压下的房角构形。 ObjectiveTo observe the effect of our anterior chamber perfusion device on morphology of monkey anterior chamber angle tissue.MethodsUnder conditions mimicking physiological IOP,monkey anterior chamber angle tissue was fixed in situ by this device.The tissue was observed by light microscopy(LM),and scanning and transmission electron microscopy(SEM and TEM).ResultsUnder LM,SEM and TEM,monkey trabecular meshwork/Schlemm’s canal system showed morphological features of physiological IOP conditions.ConclusionStructure of anterior chamber angle tissue consistent with physiological conditions can be achieved by our simple device.
