小梁切除术后角膜曲率变化的观察

Observation on corneal curvature following trabeculectomy

目的研究小梁切除术后近期角膜曲率变化的规律。方法采用ＴＯＰＣＯＮＫＲ３０００自动曲率验光仪测量３３例４７眼小梁切除术前及术后１、３、６、９、１５天和更长时间的角膜曲率。结果术后水平曲率减少，垂直曲率增加，至术后１５天基本恢复术前水平。结论小梁切除术后１５天内可出现暂时性顺规性散光。

ObjectiveTo study the changes in corneal curvature found soon after trabeculectomy.MethodsThe corneal curvatures of 47 eyes in 33 patients were measured preoperatively and on d 1,3,6,9,12,15 and later postoperative day with TOPCON KR 3000 Auto keratorefractometer.ResultsThe horizontal curvatures were less than the preoperative reading,whereas the postoperative vertical curvatures were greater than the preoperative value.The average corneal curvatures returned to preoperative values within 15 d.ConclusionTemporary with the rule astigmatism occurred within 15 d after trabeculectomy.
