摘要
目的探讨眼钝挫伤后视力减退与图像视诱发电位(PVEP)的P1波的潜时、波幅之间的变化规律及相互间的相关性及数学关系。为伤情鉴定提供客观的诊断依据。方法对67例挫伤性视力减退患者的114眼进行了PVEP的P1波波幅、潜时与视力下降程度之间的对比研究,并推导出P1波波幅与损害程度之间的相关公式。结果研究发现挫伤眼PVEP的P1波波幅下降较潜时的延长更明显,P1波幅下降程度与挫伤眼视力减退程度之间呈正相关。结论PVEP的P1波波幅较潜时对挫伤性损伤的敏感性和相关性强。该技术较以往的检查法在伤情鉴定中有更大的实用价值。
ObjectiveTo study the variety of rules,correlation and mathematical relationships of P waves latency and amplitude of pattern visual evoked potential(P VEP)with loss of visual acuity after blunt injuries.Methods67 patients with contusive loss of visual acuity(114 eyes)were studied for the relation between extent of loss of visual acuity with P VEP latency and amplitude.The correlating formula between amplitude and loss of visual acuity was determined.ResultsThe decrease in P 1 amplitude decrease was distinct from the latency prolongation in contusive eyes.The extent of P 1 amplitude decrease was positively correlated with loss of visual acuity in contusive eyes.ConclusionP 1 amplitude is more sensitive and correlative better than latency with contusive injuries.This technique is more useful than former subjective examinations in determining the extent of injuries.
