自ＭＫ液问世以来，角膜中期保存法一直为美国眼库最常用的角膜活性保存方法。随着保存液成分的改进，对角膜内皮细胞活性的保存效果逐渐提高。对有关角膜保存液的组成成分的研究进行综述，重点介绍基础液、高分子物质、抗生素、抗氧化剂等在保存液中的意义和研究进展。

ince MK medium was formulated,the intermediate term storage technique has been the commonest method used in eye banks in the United States.The preservative effect of the corneal storage media was improved with the development of new constituents of the media.This article is a review of studies on the constituents of corneal storage media.The base,high polymer,antibiotic,antioxidant,etc.,which compose the media,are described.
