PRK治疗近视术后2年随访分析

Excimer laser photorefractive keratectomy for myopia:two year follow up

目的：评价准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术（ＰＲＫ）治疗轻、中、高度近视眼的临床效果。方法：对在我院接受ＰＲＫ治疗的２３９只近视眼的术后２年随访结果进行统计分析结果：Ⅰ组术前近视－１．００～－６．００Ｄ（等值球境，下同），术后２年裸眼视力≥１．０者占８７．１％，≥０．５者占９７．０％，剩余屈光度为－０．３４±０．３９Ｄ，９５．０％，角膜已完全恢复透明；Ⅱ组术前近视－６．２５～－１２．００Ｄ，术后２年裸眼视力≥１．０者占４７．８％，≥０．５者占８８．４％，剩余屈光度为－０．７７±０．６３Ｄ，７８．２％角膜已完全恢复透明。结论：ＰＲＫ治疗－１２．００Ｄ以下，特别是－６．００Ｄ以下近视眼安全有效。

Abstract Purpose:The effects of PRK performed on mild,moderate and high myopia eyes is evaluated.Methods:2 year follow up study on 239 eyes undergone this procedure were completed.Results:The eyes were assigned to one of two qroups:group Ⅰ ranging from -1 00 to -6 00D,group Ⅱ from -6 25 to -12 00D,87 1% of the eyes in group Ⅰ,47 8% in group Ⅱ achieved the uncorrected visual acuity of 20/20 or better,97 0% in group Ⅰ and 88 4% in group Ⅱ achieved 10/20 or better.Residual refraction is -0 34±0 39D in group Ⅰ and -0 77±0 63D in group Ⅱ.95 0% of the corneas in group Ⅰ and 78 2% in group Ⅱ are clear 2 years postoperatively.Conclusion:PRK is a safe,effective,predictable and stable procedure to correct myopia of lower than -12 00D,especially in myopia of lower than -6 00D.
