摘要
采用康奈尔健康量表(CMI)对鄂东中小学教师进行测试。结果:(1)中小学女教师精神健康状况明显优于男性教师。(2)关注教师身心健康的顺序依次是眼耳、习惯、疲劳、不适应、呼吸系统、消化系统和敏感。(3)加强教师自我保健意识的培养,养成良好的健身习惯和生活方式。
The primary and secondary teachers are tested by tbe CMI. Test result: ( 1 )The mental and physical health of the female teachers are better than those of male teaehers. (2) The sequence of health we paid attention to: eyes and ears, habit, tiredness, maladaptation, respiratory system, digestive system and sensibility.(3 )To improve the cultivation of self-consciousness of health, making them get used to doing exercises and a good way of living.
