工程造价管理是以科学的工程造价运动为客观依据的。我国加入WTO之后,面对工程造价管理的现实情况,如国际化,网络化,信息化的问题,必须加强在管理法制化和科学化的研究,在实践中找出适合我国国情的有创造性的工程造价管理措施,应对世界性和谐发展的到来。

The regulation of the project cost is based on the movement of the scientific project cost. After we joined WTO, facing the engineering cost management realities like internationalization, networking, information issues, we must strengthen management legalization and scientific study. We should find an appropriate creative project cost management measure in practice to face the arrival of harmonious development.
