摘要 建筑钢结构具有自重轻、建设周期短、适应性强、外形丰富、维护方便等优点,其应用范围广泛。自20世纪80年代以来,中国建筑钢结构得到了空前的发展,高层钢结构、空间钢结构、桥梁钢结构、轻钢结构和住宅钢结构如雨后春笋。焊接作为构建钢结构的一种主要连接方法,在物理、化学、冶金、材料、电子、计算机、自动控制等学科迅猛发展的今天,随着新技术、新材料、新设备、新工艺的不断涌现,在我国建筑钢结构建设中发挥更加重要的作用。据统计,约50%以上的钢材在投入使用前需要经过焊接加工处理。因此,焊接水平的提高是实现钢结构技术快速发展和确保建筑钢结构施工质量的关键所在。 Steel structure has the advantage of light weight, short construction period, strong adaptability and rich in appearance, convenient maintenance, etc., so it is widely used. Since from the 80 years of the 20tb century, Chinese construction steal has experienced unprecedented development. High-rise steel structure, space steel structure, bridge steel structure, light steel and residential steel spring up quickly. Now physics, chemistry, metallurgy, materials, electronics, computers, automatic control disciplines are all developed quickly. Construction of welded steel, as a main connection method, has played a more import role in the steal structure construction with the emerging of new technology, new material, new equipment and new techniques. According to the statistics, about 50% of the steal needs welding processing before using. Thus, raising the level of welding steel structure technology is the key to achieve rapid development and to ensure the construction quality.
