摘要 针对哈尔滨市9栋典型的办公楼水耗调查及超压出流测试分析结果表明,按日常办公人数计算,所有调查的办公楼人均用水单耗均超过定额标准。在所有的44个测点中,静压超过0.45MPa的测点达到27.3%,快开水龙头半开状态和全开状态下超压出流率分别达到57%和100%,陶瓷阀芯单把面盆龙头超压出流率为62.5%,需采取切实有效的措施加强该类建筑节水。 In Harbin, the test of 9 typical office building water consumption survey and the excess pressure the flow results show that calculated by the number of daily office, all investigations of the building exceeded the per capita water consumption per unit of fixed standards. In all the 44 measuring points, the static pressure measuring points over 0.45Mpa to 27.3%, quick tap on half-open state and fully open state of overpressure the'flow rates were 57% and 100%, imported ceramic disc single to basin faucet overpressure the flow rate of 62.5%. It is essential to take effective measures to strengthen the saving of the construction water.
