浅析彩色压型钢板屋面防水要点及防治措施

压型钢板以自重轻、强度高、刚度大、防水及抗震性能好;施工安装方便、快速,工期短;工厂化生产质量好;造型美观、颜色丰富多彩、装饰性强、组合灵活多变、可表达不同的建筑风格;屋面及墙面采用压型钢板,能够减少承重结构的材料用量,减少安装运输工作量,缩短工期,综合经济效益好等特点被广泛的应用到不同的领域。但是压型钢板作为屋面材料,存在的渗漏问题也是非常严重的,一直困扰着许多施工单位,在一定程度上影响了压型钢板的发展。本文就自身经历的工程,结合多年实践经验,找出渗漏的主要问题并对此提出基本的注意事项和防止措施。

Steel plate has the advantages of light weight, high strength, rigidity, waterproof and seismic performance; easy installation, quick, short construction period; good quality; beautiful shape, color, colorful, decorative, flexible portfolio, which can be expressed in different architectural styles. Constructing the roof and wall with steel sheeting, and the material can reduce the amount of load-bearing structure, reducing installation and transportation workload, shorten the construction period. The overall economic efficiency and good features have been widely applied to different areas. However, taking steel sheeting as roofing material, the problem of leakage is very severe, which also troubles troubled a number of construction units. It affected the development of steel plate to some extent. This thesis works on years of practical experience, finding the main problem for the leakage and proposes the notice and preventive measures.
