摘要
为综合评价区域节水型社会建设状况,采用层次分析方法构建评价指标体系并确定指标权重,引入权重采用模糊识别法识别评价指标对节水型社会建设水平分级的相对隶属度,进而建立节水型社会模糊层次评价模型。实例结果表明,该模型可较真实地反映节水型社会建设状况,评价结果合理,可供借鉴。
In order to evaluate the state of regional water saving society establishment, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to construct evaluation index system and determine index weight. Weights are introduced to fuzzy recognition methods for relative membership degree of index estimation. Hierarchical fuzzy recognition model is established for evaluation of water saving society establishment. Results of application show that the proposed model can give a true view to the state of water saving society establishment. Evaluation result is reasonable and it provides reference for similar engineering projects.
