摘要
基于分散型与集中型电力市场的设计思路,考虑电力市场特性与市场效率的需求,设计了提前、现货与备用容量市场相结合的协调市场体系,并引入双结算系统解决协调市场体系下现货市场电价信号的失真问题,有效降低了市场风险。
Based on design ideas of concentrated and dispersed electricity market, this paper designs a coordination electricity market system considering the feature of electricity market and efficiency, which consists by forward market, spot market and reserve capacity market. Coordination electricity market solves the problem of spot market in which electricity price signal is distorted and decreases the market risk by adopting double settlement system.
