摘要
目的探讨金黄地鼠上丘生后发育过程中的细胞密度变化,为研究发育期间神经细胞死亡现象提供依据。②方法用石蜡切片,Nissl染色,标准细胞剖面计数等方法,对生后12h,2,5,10,15日龄及成年金黄地鼠各发育阶段上丘细胞密度的变化进行了观察。③结果金黄地鼠上丘生后发育阶段的细胞密度变化可分为3级,第1级在新出生至5日龄为快速下降期,是3级中下降幅度最大且速度最快的1级;第2级在5~15日龄为缓慢下降期;第3级在15日龄后至成鼠阶段为稳定下降期。④结论细胞密度下降的原因与神经系统发育过程中自然发生的细胞死亡、细胞间联系的增加及轴突的发育加速。
Objective To probe into the change of neuron density of the superior colliculus in the post natal development in the golden hamsters so as to provide data for study of neuron death during individual development. Methods The neuron density of the superior colliculus in golden hamster 12h, 2,5,10,15 days after birth and adult hamsters were studied by histological Nissl stainning and profile counts. Results Neuronal density in the ourter graylayer of the superior colliculus was highest in the newborn hamster and there was a distinguished decrease in the cell density during the first five postnatal days. Between 5 and 15 days, the decrease slowed down. After that, the developmental variation in the cell density become a smooth line until adult. Conclusion The decreased neuronal density may be related to naturally occurring neuronal cell death in developing process of the superior colliculus, and also, the increase of intercellular connection, the rapid growth of axon and gradual maturity of vision.
