中国城乡收入差距不会自发缩小

The Urban-rural Income Gap will not Reduce Spontaneously in China

改革开放以来,我国城乡居民收入分配差距不断扩大,成为经济和社会发展中的一个突出问题。基于生产要素理论,从农民收入构成的角度进行分析,结果表明我国城乡收入差距不会自动缩小。因此,必须通过政府的强力干预进行制度创新,创立有效激励的制度,加速生产要素流动,平抑收入差距。

since the reform and opening policy,the Urban-rural Income Gap is expanding in our country which has become a serious problem in economic and social development.Based on production factor theory,this paper analyses the urban-rural income gap from the angle of the farmers＇ income structure,and the result indicates that the urban-rural income gap doesn＇t reduce spontaneously.Therefore it needs Institution innovation by government＇s intervention to establish effective institution of stimulation,accelerate the flow of production factor,narrow income gap.
