基层民主政治建设法治化与民主化进程——以浙江省为例

An Exploration Into Law-based Political Construction and Democratization at Grass-root Level:A Case Study of Zhejiang Province

现代政治文明以自由、平等等政治意识为依托,民主与法治的制度架构影响到个人、国家的政治行为,成为政治文明两个最基本的向度。论述了浙江基层民主政治建设的法治化和民主化进程,且对浙江省基层民主政治建设法治化和民主化进程过程当中出现的各类有效途径、作法做出探究,以期为浙江省基层民主政治建设法治化与民主化的新征程提供有益借鉴。

Modern political civilization depends on the political awareness of freedom and equality.The sytematic frames of democracy and rule of Law have an impact on the political conduct of individuals and states alike,and are two basic dimentions of political civilization.In the present paper,the process of law-based democratic political construction at the grass-root level in Zhejiang province is discussed,and various effective means and approaches that have appeared are studied in the hope that the conducive experience can be utilized as a source of reference in the later process.
