Questions Existing in Our Country Culture Industry Development and the Main Countermeasure

分析了当前我国文化产业发展中存在文化生产总量不足、质量偏低和文化贸易逆差出严重的问题,在分析原因的基础上提出了加快发展文化产业,提升文化软实力的主要举措:进一步推进文化体制改革,转变政府职能;加强文化立法,建立健康有序的文化市场;以科技创新推进文化产业升级;充分开发传统文化资源,创立自己的文化品牌;积极主动地开展对外文化交流,不断提升国家文化软实力。

It is analyzed that in our country there＇re some problems such as insufficient quantity and the serious culture trade deficit.The main actions are as following：advances the culture organizational reform further;enhances culture legislation;by technical innovation,advances culture industry promotion;establishes our own cultural brand;takes the cultural trade as the platform,carries out the foreign cultural exchange positively,promotes the national culture soft strength unceasingly.
