摘要
目的探讨神经降压素（ＮＴ）在肺组织内的分布及临床意义。②方法采用免疫组织化学ＳＰ法对４３例肺癌病人肿瘤组织中ＮＴ进行了标记。③结果４３例肺癌组织中ＮＴ阳性率为６７％，其阳性颗粒主要分布于癌细胞胞浆内，部分分化较高的腺癌可见顶浆分泌型颗粒，其中小细胞癌及腺癌阳性率明显高于鳞状细胞癌（χ２＝１０．８，Ｐ＜０．０１）。④结论肺癌组织可合成、分泌ＮＴ。
Objective To observe the distribution of neurotensin(NT) in lung cancer tissues and evaluate the significance of NT in diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods The NT of 43 cases of human lung cancer were studied with immunohistochemical staining. Results The positive rate of NT staining in 43 patients was 67%. NT granules were distributed in the cytoplasm of the tumor cells. In some well differentiated carcinoma, the positive staining were seen in apocrine granules. The positive rates of small cell carcinomas and adenocarcinomas were higher than that of squamous cell carcinomas. Conclusion The results suggested that pulmonary carcinoma cells could synthesize and secret NT which was of considerable value in the determinotion of carcinoma differentiation and diagnosis of pulmonary carcinoma.
