摘要
目的探讨腰椎上关节面的方位及其对腰椎稳定性的影响。②方法测量35套成人腰椎上关节面边缘的相互距离,并计算出关节面的方位角。③结果腰椎上关节面的方位角自上而下由大逐渐变小,同一节上关节面的方位角左右不对称。
Objective To observe the configuration of upper articular surface of lumbar vertebra and study their significance on the stability of spine. Methods The distances between two opposite borders were measured in 35 sets of adult lumbar vertebra skeleton and the configuration angles were calculated. Results The configuration angles of upper articular surface of lumbar vertebra gradually became smaller downward along the spine. At the same vertebra level, both configuration angles were not same. Conclusion Different weighing on both upper articular surfaces of lumbar vertebra might affect the stability of lumbar spine.
