摘要
目的观察静脉滴注硫酸镁对高血压病人血压和血浆内皮素-1水平的影响。②方法对10例轻、中度高血压病人用随机、双盲、自身安慰剂交叉对照法观察了静脉滴注25%硫酸镁10ml(含Mg2+4.88mmol)前后收缩压、舒张压以及血浆内皮素-1水平的变化。③结果静脉滴注硫酸镁组病人收缩压、舒张压、血浆内皮素-1水平均降低,与治疗前和安慰剂治疗组比较,差异均有显著性(t=2.53~5.27,P<0.05,0.01)。④结论硫酸镁降低血浆内皮素-1水平可能是其降低高血压病人血压的作用机理之一。
Objective To investigate the effects of acute intravenous dripping administration of magnesium sulfate on blood pressure and plasma endothelin(ET-1) concentration. Methods The effects of acute intravenous dripping administration of 25%magnesium sulfate 10ml (Mg2+ 4.88mmol) on plasma endothelin1(ET1) concentration,systolic and diastolic blood pressure (SBP and DBP) were studied in 10 subjects with mild and medium degree of systemic hypertension, using a random, selfplacebocontrolled,doubleblind, crossover design. Results Compared with pretreatment and placebotreated group, magnesium sulfate decreased significantly SBP, DBP(t=2.53—5.27, P<0.05, 0.01) and plasma ET-1 concentration(t=2.53—5.27,P<0.05,0.01. Conclusion The results indicate that the lowering of plasma ET-1 concentration may be one of the mechanisms of antihypertensive effects of maganisium sulfate.
