摘要
目的建立一种简便、有效的皮肤保湿剂性能评价方法。②方法分别以饱和硫酸铵水溶液和饱和碳酸钾水溶液控制一定的相对湿度,采用干燥器和恒温箱控湿、控温,通过测定干燥试样和湿润试样的吸湿率和保湿率,对皮肤保湿剂的有效成分及其吸湿、保湿性能作出评价。③结果对常见的10种保湿剂试样作了40h吸湿、48h保湿效果测试,筛选出最适合用作皮肤保湿的两种保湿剂——壳聚糖和透明质酸,其在干燥环境下的保湿率分别可达107%和141%.④结论该法操作简便、快速,结果可靠。
Objective To probe into a simple and efffective evaluation method for skin moisturizer. Methods The desicator and thermostat were adopted to control the humidity and temperature .The fixed relative humidity was controlled by saturated ammonium sulfate solution and saturated potassium carbonate solution respectively. The valid composition and water uptaking and holding capacity of the skin moisturizer was evaluated by testing the moisture absorption rate and moisture retention rate of dry samples and humid samples. Results Ten kinds of common moisturizer samples were tested of their 40h moisture absorption effect and 48h moisture retention effect .The chitosan and hyaluronic acid were choosed as the most fitted skin moisturizers, of which the moisture retention rates were at dry condition 104% and 141%. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and reliable. It can be used as evaluation method of skin moisturizer.
