科技异化出现的必然性及其规避的可能性

On the Inevitability of Emergence and the Probability of Evasion of the Dissimilation of Science and Technology

近代科学技术的产生与发展给人类带来了生活的便利和财富的增加,也给自然、社会和人类自身带来一系列严重问题,即科技异化问题。以实践的观点,从人类的认识能力、道德追求和社会制度方面来看,科技异化的出现都有其必然性;同时,从实践的角度也应该可能寻找到规避科技异化的有效途径。这个问题在科教兴国战略的实施中具有一定的理论意义和实践意义。

The emergence and development of modem science and technology bring human being convenient living condition and more fortune as while as a series of serious problems--so--cauled the dissimilation of science and technology--covering nature, society and human themselves. With the view of practice, the dissimilation of science and technology is inevitable because of the human being＇ s ability of recognition, ethics pursuit and social system. Then it is probable to look for the way to evade effectively the dissimilation of science and technology from this view. The study of this question has theoretical and practical significance in the strategy of invigorating the country with science and education.
