摘要
新建地方本科院校由于在人才培养上存在"规格不明"和"认识不清"的问题,导致出现实践教学体系不合理,实验室管理体制改革不能适应实验教学改革的进程,实验室建设缺乏统筹规划和优化配置,实验室工作人员和实验教师队伍缺乏训练,实践教学质量监控体系不健全等不良现象。分析现状,提出了改善新建地方本科院校实践教学的一系列措施,有助于提高此类学校的办学质量和办学水平。
Because there is unknown specification and unclear understanding of the personnel training as a newlybuilt local institute, the practical teaching system is unreasonable, the reform of laboratory management system cannot meet the reform of experimental teaching, a laboratory construction lacks a overall planning and an optimal allocation, the laboratory staff are indiscipline and a unsound quality control system of the practical teaching. Based on, a series of measures have been carried out to improve practical teaching for a newly-buih local institute, which is helpful to improve education quality and schooling level.
