摘要
自主创新与加快经济发展方式的转变有着必然的内在的关联,加快经济发展方式转变呼唤着自主创新。自主创新是加快经济发展方式转变的核心推动力。在新时期新阶段,以科学发展观为指导、提高自主创新能力、促进科技成果向现实生产力转化、深化科技体制改革、建设宏大的创新型科技人才队伍,是加快自主创新、促进经济发展方式转变、推进社会主义现代化建设事业的优化路径。
Independent innovation and change of the method of economic development are internally related, and the latter is calling for the former. Independent innovation is the central drive for the change in the method of economic development. In the new era, guided by the concept of scientific development, to improve independent innovative capacity, deepen the reform of scientific and technological system are the optimal path to accelerate independent innovation, promote the change of the method of economic development and advance the construction cause of socialist modernization.
