摘要
应用Solidwork软件对4300 mm滚切剪进行运动学分析,并对不同初始相位下的上刀刃运动轨迹进行了比较。根据比较结果得出重叠量与相位夹角的内在规律,并给出最优相位夹角的范围。
This paper has conducted kinematic analysis of the 4 300 mm rolling shear using Solidwork software,and compared the upper shear blade trajectories under different initial phases.The inherent laws of the overlap amount and the phase angle have been obtained based on the comparison results,and the range of the optimal phase angle has been given.
