摘要
根据有限元理论,利用有限元软件COSMOSWorks建立了大盘卷步进梁有限元模型。根据大盘卷步进梁的特点施加约束、载荷以及定义接触,进行了有限元模拟仿真,获取大盘卷步进梁在受到外载荷作用后的受力情况,得出其应力应变分布图。并对得到的结果进行对比分析,对步进梁结构的优化设计提出了改进意见。
Based on the finite element theory,a finite element model of large-volume walking beam has been established using the large-scale nonlinear finite element software,COSMOSWorks,and finite element simulation has been carried out by exerting constraints,loads and defining contact according to the characteristics of the large-volume walking beam.The stress on the walking beam under the external load as well as the stress and strain distribution map has been obtained,and the obtained results have been analyzed by comparison.And improvement suggestions have been proposed for the optimization and reliability of the structural design of the walking beam.
