摘要
介绍了大型锻造操作机的钳口夹紧力的计算方法。以保证钳口夹紧力要求条件下夹紧缸作用力最小为优化目标,建立了夹紧机构优化设计的数学模型,采用遗传算法对钳口夹紧机构参数进行了优化设计。分析结果表明,优化后油缸推力比原来降低了22.8%。
This paper introduces the structure and working principle of the large-scale forging manipulator and gives the calculation method of the jaw clamping force.The mathematical model of optimization design of the clamping mechanism was established to obtain the minimum value of the clamping force under the premise that the force meets the clamping requirements.The genetic algorithm was used to optimize parameters of the jaw clamping mechanism and the optimization results were analyzed.The thrust of the cylinder was increased by 22.8% after optimization.
