电能质量新国标修订解析

Analysis of New National Standards of Power Quality

为了科学地测量、评判、管理电能质量,国家自上世纪90年代始,先后制订并实施了关于电能质量的五大标准。随着电能质量专业实践工作的不断深入和发展,以及和国际标准的接轨,国家质监局对其中四个标准进行了较大范围的修订,并于2009年5月正式实施。通过对新标准修订条款的解读,旨在分析此次标准修订的目的和重点,为从事电能质量专业的技术人员提供参考。

Power quality becomes the emphasis after the tension of electric power supply and requirement has been relieved.How to measure,judge and manage has been a serious problem to every electric power practitioner.After 1990,AQSIQ of China published five standards power quality and put them in practice.With development of specialty,AQSIQ of China emended four standards of the five ones and carries them into execution from May 2009.The paper unscrambles the items emended,analyzes the purpose and emphasis of standards emending,and helps to understanding the new standards.
