摘要
[目的]研究E6蛋白、UBE3A与p53蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的表达。[方法]免疫组化(SP法)染色法观察38例乳腺浸润性导管癌及正常乳腺组织中UBE3A、E6蛋白与p53蛋白的表达情况。[结果]38例乳腺癌组织中UBE3A与E6蛋白表达均为阳性(100%);p53蛋白在乳腺癌组织中有34例(89.5%)表达阴性,4例(11.5%)表达阳性。在正常组织中UBE3A、E6蛋白表达均为阴性(100%),p53表达为弱阳性(100%)。[结论]HPVE6蛋白与UBE3A及p53蛋白结合可能导致p53蛋白的降解,对该降解机制进行干预可能是乳腺癌生物学治疗的一个靶点。
[Purpose] To investigate expressions of UBE3A,E6 protein and p53 protein in breast cancer tissues.[Methods] The expressions of UBE3A,E6 protein and p53 protein in 38 cases with breast invasive ductal carcinoma and cancer adjacent normal tissues were detected by immunohistochemical staining(SP).[Results] In 38 specimens with breast cancer tissue positive expressions of UBE3A and E6 protein showed in all specimens(100%);negative expression of p53 in 34 specimens(89.5%),and positive expression of p53 in 4 specimens(11.5%).In 38 specimens with cancer adjacent tissues,UBE3A and E6 expressions were all negative(100%),but expression of p53 showed weakly positive(100%).[Conclusion] HPV E6 protein,p53 protein and UBE3A joined together may lead to degradation of p53 protein,and this degradation pathway may be a therapeutic point in biomedical therapy for breast cancer.
