摘要
CRO由20世纪70年代诞生以来,经过20多年的迅猛发展,已经在药物研发领域替代了传统的学术角色,据统计,2000年全球有40%的制药企业将其全部或部分研发业务外包。然而,当前的制药企业普遍缺乏对药物研发外包行为风险的认识及评估,本文借鉴Bahli的理论,对药物研发外包行为的风险因素做出详尽的分析,以期丰富对药物研发外包行为的风险管理理论。
Once come into being from 70 years of twenty century CRO had already substituted the position of traditional academic though a rapid development for 20 years. According to a study, about 40% pharmaeeutieal manufacturers chose to outsouree their part or whole R＆D work in ：2000. However, the risks for Pharmaceutical R＆D Outsourcing were rarely mentioned. Drawing on the experience of Bahli＇s work, this article has analyze the risk factors of Pharmaceutical R＆D Outsourcing, as to enrich the risk management theory for Pharmaceutical R＆D Outsourcing.
