摘要
目的:探讨静脉药物配置中心与临床科室之间沟通存在的问题及解决方法,为如何进行有效沟通提供参考。方法:从静脉药物配置中心与临床科室共同的服务目标、沟通存在的问题及解决方法3个方面,探讨有效沟通的重要性以及如何与临床科室进行有效沟通。结果与结论:只有长期不断加强静脉药物配置中心与临床科室的交流与有效沟通,才能更好地为患者服务,最终贯彻"以患者为中心"的医疗理念。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the problems and solutions of the communication between PIVAS and clinical departments in order to provide reference for effective communication. METHODS: The importance and means of effective communication were explored in respect of mutual goal, problems of communication and countermeasures. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: Only the effective communication between PIVAS and clinical department are strengthened continuously, can satisfactory service be supplied for patients. The medical conception of "patient-centered" can be implemented.
