良性前列腺增生与高血压相关性研究进展 被引量：9

摘要 良性前列腺增生（benign prostatic hyperplasia，BPH）是中老年男性的常见病和多发病，可引起排尿困难、尿潴留甚至肾功能衰竭，其病因和发病机制尚不完全清楚。高血压亦多发生于中老年。近年来许多研究表明，BPH和高血压间存在密切关系；高血压尤其是舒张压升高可能是BPH发生发展的独立危险因素。鉴于此，本文对近年来BPH和高血压相关性的研究作一综述。
