An Exploration to the Justification of Business Behavior

作为正当业务行为中的"业务",是指具有相应能力的人实施的具有危险性的,并且行为性质上是反复实施或者将反复实施的专门性工作。业务行为的正当化根据在于:该种业务行为的规则为实施行为设置了一定的允许范围,在此范围之内,存在更为优越的利益。业务行为只有符合一定的条件才能被正当化。

The＂business＂in the justified business behavior is a specialized and adventurous work essentially repeated or will be repeated,which is conducted by someone having corresponding ability.The basis of its justification lies in that there exit superior interests in the scope which is set up by the business behavior’s rules.Only in line with certain conditions can a business behavior be justified.
