摘要 目的:探讨具有潜在抗菌活性的胶原蛋白金属配合物的制备、表征及抗菌性能。方法:将Cu、Zn和Pd的醋酸盐与胶原蛋白反应,制备出胶原蛋白金属配合物,用红外光谱(IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、荧光光谱和紫外光谱对金属配合物进行表征测定,并对其抗菌活性进行测定。结果及结论:Cu、Zn和Pd金属离子可与胶原蛋白中的活性官能团发生螯合作用,形成稳定的配合物。所制备的胶原蛋白金属配合物对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌有很好的抑菌作用。Pd-胶原蛋白对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度均为0.003 1 kg/L;Zn-胶原蛋白对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度均为0.006 3 kg/L;Cu-胶原蛋白对大肠杆菌的最小抑菌浓度为0.025 0kg/L,对金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度为0.012 5 kg/L。 Aim: To explore the preparation method, characterization,and antibacterial activity of collagen-metal com- plexes which possess the potential antibacterial activity. Methods : Collagen-metal complexes were synthesized by the acetate of copper, palladium, and zinc reacted with collagen protein, and their structures were characterized by IR, XRD, fluores- cence spectrum and ultraviolet spectrum. Results and Conclusion :Cu, Pd, and Zn could chelated with the active functional group in the collagen protein to form complexes. The investigation on their antibacterial activity showed that the collagen- metal complexes also could against colibaeillus (E. Coli) and staphylococcus( S. Aureus) very well. The M1C of Pd-collagen complexes to E. Coli and S. Aureus was 0. 003 1 kg/L. The M1C of Zn-collagen complexes to E. Coli and S. Aureus was 0. 006 3 kg/L. The M[C of Cu-collagen complexes to E. Coil and S. Aureus was 0. 025 0 and 0. 012 5 kg/L,respectively.
