钙增敏剂MCI-154对内毒素休克家兔治疗作用的实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察钙增敏剂MCI-154对内毒素休克家兔器官血流量、血气、某些血生化指标及动物存活率的影响。方法:测定MCI-154治疗后,肝、肾、肠系膜血流量及动脉血气、血浆乳酸、LDH、β-G的变化,并观察动物存活情况。结果:家兔内毒素注射后10h,肝、肾、肠系膜血流量明显降低,出现了代谢性酸中毒合并呼吸性碱中毒,血浆乳酸、LDH、β-G明显升高。单纯NS治疗对上述紊乱无明显的治疗效果。而MCI-154+NS治疗后上述器官血流量明显增加;血气、酸碱平衡紊乱程度降低;上述生化指标增加程度减轻;MCI-154+NS治疗组动物存活率高于单纯NS治疗组。结论:MCI-154用于内毒素休克治疗后能增加器官及组织的灌流量,增加组织和细胞的供血供氧。 Objective: To investigate the effects of MCI 154, a calcium sensitizer, on organ blood flows, arterial blood gases, some plasma biochemical parameters and survival rate in endotoxic shock rabbits. Methods: After treatment with MCI 154, changes of blood flows of the liver, kidneys and mesentery, arterial bood gases, plasma levels of lactic acid, activity of LDH and β G were determined, and the survival rate observed. Results: Ten hours after injection of E.coli endotoxin in rabbits, the blood flow the liver, kidneys and mesentery was decreased obviously, metabolic acidosis and respiratory alkalosis occurred and the blood levels of lactic acid, activity of LDH and β G were increased markedly. Treatment with NS alone had little effect on the above disorders. However, following the treatment with MCI 154+NS, the blood flow of the above organs was increased significantly, the degree of the derangement of blood gases and acid base equilibrium was improved and the plasma levels of lactic acid, activity of LDH, β G were not markedly increased as compared with those of NS treated group. The animal survival rate in MCI 154+NS group was higher than that in NS group. Conclusion: It is suggested that the blood flows and supply of oxygen to tisues and cells were increased markedly in endotoxic shock rabbits following the treatment of MCI 154, and that MCI 154 could attenuate some of the circulatory disorders caused by endotoxic shock.
