摘要 目的:研究毫米波对损伤脊髓修复的生物效应。方法:采用频率42.3GHz,波长7.1mm,输出功率密度2mW/cm2,7mW/cm2,20mW/cm2的毫米波治疗大鼠损伤脊髓,30min,2次/d×20,观察组织学及皮层体感诱发电位(CSEP)、运动诱发电位(MEP)变化。结果:7.1mm-7mW/cm2组、7.1mm-20mW/cm2组与损伤组比较脊髓组织病变轻,CSEP潜伏期缩短。 Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effects of the electric field of millimeter wave on injured spinal cord. Methods: After the injured spinal cord was treated with the millimeter field in various parameters (7.1 mm 2 m W/cm 2, 7.1 mm 7 m W/cm 2 and 7.1 mm 20 m W/cm 2), the changes of histology, CSEP and MEP were observed. Results: The pathological changes were slighter and CSEP latency shorter in 7.1 mm 7 m W/cm 2 and 7.1 mm 20 m W/cm 2 groups than in the injured group. Conclusion: Millimeter wave in certain parameters can promote the reconstruction of the injured spinal cord.
