微波组织凝固联合透热疗法治疗中心型支气管肺癌

Treatment of central type bronchogenic pulmonary carcinoma with microwave tissue coagulation in combination with microwave diathermy

目的：探讨微波治疗中心型肺癌的新方式。方法：以２４５０ＭＨｚ、９１５ＭＨｚ微波，将微波组织凝固（ＭＴＣ）与微波透热（ＭＤ）联合，经纤支镜对２１例中心型肺癌进行治疗，于治疗前后观察其治疗效果。结果：２１例肺癌患者症状及体征有明显改善，气道阻塞解除，总有效率达９５．２４％。

Objective: To explore a new method for treating the central type bronchogenic pulmonary carcinoma. Methods: Twenty one cases of central type bronchogenic pulmonary carcinoma were treated with microwave coagulation (MTC, 2450 MHz) in combination with microwave diathermy (MD, 915 MHz) using a fibrobronchoscope. The therapeutic effects of the regimen was observed before and after the treatment. Results: The symptom and sign in 21 patients were markedly improved, airway obstruction eliminated and the total effective rate was 95.24%. Conclusion: MTC in combination with MD is a new, safe and effective method for treatment of the central type bronchogenic pulmonary carcinoma.
