摘要
目的探讨TPX2蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达及意义。方法用免疫组织化学法检测乳腺癌组织和正常乳腺组织中的TPX2表达情况。结果TPX2在乳腺癌细胞中的阳性表达率为77.5%,在正常乳腺组织中的表达为0,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TPX2蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达明显高于正常的乳腺组织,其过表达可能对乳腺癌细胞增殖起促进作用。
Objective To investigate the significance and expression of TPX2 protein in breast cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of TPX2 in breast cancer and normal breast tissue. Results The expression of TPX2 protein in breast cancer and normal breast tissue were 77.5% and 0.00%, the difference （P〈0.05） between them was statistically significant. Conclusions The expression of TPX2 protein in breast cancer was higher than that in normal breast tissue; the exceeded expression might be promotion factor of breast cancer cell proliferation.
