创伤患者疼痛的药物治疗 被引量：7

摘要 创伤患者的长期疼痛成为影响患者生存质量的主要因素,目前对创伤患者治疗重点还更多集中在生命的救治及功能恢复的治疗。本文对创伤患者急、慢性疼痛的药物治疗,从对乙酰氨基酚非甾体类、消炎止疼、药鸦片类、局麻药、抗抑郁药、抗惊厥类药进行综述。
