乳腺癌组织中NF-κB和HER-2的表达及意义

Expression of nf-kb and HER-2 and its clinical significance in breast cancer

目的探讨核转录因子κB(NF-κB)和HER-2基因在乳腺癌组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测40例乳腺癌组织中NF-κB和HER-2的表达情况。结果乳腺癌组织中NF-κB、HER-2的阳性表达率分别为65%和50%;NF-κB、HER-2与乳腺癌淋巴转移相关(P<0.05),且两者间存在相关性(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌中NF-κB、HER-2基因的表达具有相关性,在乳腺癌的发生发展中具有重要作用。

ABSTRACT： Objective To explore the expression of nuclear transcription factor-κB （NF-κB）and HER-2 in breast cancer and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of NF-κB and HER-2 were determined with immunohistochemistry in 40 cases of breast cancer. Results The expression of NF-κB and HER-2 in breast cancer tissues was 65 % and 50 % respectively. Overexpression of NF-κB and HER-2 in breast cancer were related to lymph node metastasis（ P 〈 0.05）. Ex- pression of NF-κB in breast cancer tissues was correlated with HER-2 expression（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The expression of NF-κB in breast cancer tissues is correlated with HER-2 expression, and they may play a very important role in the progress of breast cancer.
