摘要
本文概述了美国Ａｇｒａｃｅｔｕｓ公司转基因棉花专利的内容，提出了这一专利对发达国家，尤其是发展中国家的棉花遗传工程研究、棉花生产的影响及贸易冲击。并就这一专利针对我国国情提出了相应的对策。
The content of the patent of transgenic cotton owned by Agracetus company in the United States is presented.The effects of the patent on the genetic engineering research in cotton,cotton production and trade for developed and especially for developing countries are discussed.Futhermore,some strategies are proposed based on the domestic situation in P.R.China.
