摘要
SIS聚合物可随环境参数的变化发生可逆转化,因此可被用于酶与蛋白质的亲和沉淀或可逆固定化,这对于简化蛋白质的分离纯化程序、提高分离纯化的效率和提高固定化酶的利用率有重要的意义。本文就近十年来在这一领域的研究作一综述报道。
Abstract The solubilities of soluble and insoluble polymers(SIS polymers) can be varied with the environment factors such as pH,temperature,ion strength and so on.The property has been used on the biotechnology for separation and purification of proteins or enzymes,or used for reversible immobilization of proteins or enzymes.The recent research works,especially in the last decade,were reviewed in the paper.
