豆饼添加蛋氨酸代替小鼠饲料中鱼粉的实验研究

Study on Replacing Fishmeal with Beancake Adding Met in Mice Pellet

以豆饼添加蛋氨酸代替小鼠饲料中的鱼粉，观察了对ＫＭ小鼠的饲喂效果。结果表明：以豆饼添加０８％蛋氨酸代替鱼粉的颗粒饲料饲喂小鼠，其生长发育及繁殖性能与含鱼粉颗粒饲料饲喂效果无明显差异（Ｐ＞００５），且饲料价格明显降低。可以在一定时期内代替含鱼粉的颗粒饲料。但要长期使用。

In this article, the effect of pellet replacing fish meal with bean cake adding different amount of the Met on rearing KM mice was observed. The result indicated that the pellet replacing fish meal with bean cake adding 08% Met raised mice, the reproductive performance and growth of the mice had no notable differentiation from that with pellet containing fish meal, and the price of the pellet is lower than that of control group. Thus, it can replace pellet containing fishmeal in definitive period. But, if it was used for a longterm, the minerals of the pellet must be balanced, and this problem was discussed in the articel.
