钝顶螺旋藻细胞的超微结构

摘要 钝顶螺旋藻(Spirulinaplatensis)是一种丝状多细胞蓝藻。经透射电源观察证实,细胞的核区无核膜、核仁,细胞质内无线粒体、叶绿体、高尔基体等细胞器分化。属原核细胞。细胞壁薄,其外具胶质鞘,其内是与之紧密相贴的细胞膜,类囊体与细胞壁呈垂直方向排列,其表面附着有色素蛋白颗粒。细胞质具有核糖体和充气液泡,并观察到圆柱型小体、脂肪滴以及多面体等结构。 Transmission electron microscope was used to observe the ultrastructure of Spirulina platensis. Its cell was procaryotic as there was no nucleolus and nuclear membrane. Cytoplasm of the cell was full of great amounts of thylakoids which were attached to cytoplasm membrane. The surface of the cell was covered with gelatinous sheath which was important to Spirulina to protect itself against environmental stress. Gas vacuoles, providing the algae with buoyancy, were found in the cytoplasm. Polyhedral body and column body were also found in cytoplasm, but their functions in cells were unclear.
